Do you want to work for the nation's largest online pharmacy ensuring excellence for all our patients? We're a market leader in the pharmacy world, with 25 years' experience, helping over 1.4 million patients in England manage their NHS prescriptions from request through to delivery. We are Great Place to Work certified as we consider colleague experience a top priority every day. Our people are fundamental to our success and ensuring we achieve our vision to be a world leading, patient-centric digital healthcare provider. We are committed to continuing to develop a positive, open and honest working environment for all.

We are looking for a driven and outcome-focused Product Manager to join our digital health and pharmacy team. You will be responsible for owning and optimising key areas of our product roadmap — ensuring that the digital services we deliver improve patient outcomes, are commercially viable, and align with organisational strategy.

Reporting into a Senior Product Manager, you will play a hands-on role in shaping the user experience, defining problems, validating opportunities, and ensuring that product decisions are grounded in research, data and real-world insight. You will work closely with engineering, design, clinical and operational teams to define solutions and ensure successful implementation.

While not accountable for delivery operations, you will own the outcomes of your roadmap areas, and work closely with IT and Delivery teams to translate strategy into actionable development work. You will also contribute to wider product strategy development and play an active role in ongoing discovery activities.
