Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Backend Staff Engineer with 10+ years of experience in building scalable microservices using Node.js and AWS.

• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation, SRE mindset with a background in banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Node.js .
• Implement and Integrate secure RESTful APIs with JWT-based authentication and role-based access control.
• Build and deploy services on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
• Write unit and integration tests using Mocha, Chai, Jest, and Supertest.
• Optimize performance of backend services (e.g., caching with Redis, rate limiting).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using Splunk, Observe, or AppDynamics.
