FullStack Microsoft .NET Smart Web App - Technical Lead/Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Front End Technical Lead/Architect to join our team and take charge of designing and architecting the front-end framework for a new digital web application. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in the Angular framework and a proven track record of successfully leading a team of front-end engineers. Experience in assessing digital projects and estimating front-end work is essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the architecture, design, and development of the front-end framework for the new digital web application.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.

· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front-end engineers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.

· Drive the adoption of modern front-end technologies and frameworks, with a focus on Angular.

· Oversee the establishment of coding standards, tools, and platforms for efficient development and collaboration.

· Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural and design principles.

· Assess digital projects and provide accurate estimates for front-end work.

· Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.

· Identify and resolve performance and scalability challenges.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the team and product at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Front End Technical Lead or Architect, with a focus on Angular framework.

· Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

· Experience in leading and mentoring a team of front-end engineers.

· Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.

· Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of other front-end frameworks and libraries such as React.

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
