WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?


You’ll supervise and support the sales team while managing the full sales process for new business, from initial contact to onboarding e-Pocket clients. You’ll re-engage dormant accounts and provide exceptional customer care. You’ll assist with sales strategy implementation, ensuring campaigns are clearly communicated and effectively executed.


The interesting part, is that the main area of the sales team you will be working closely with, is AI. You will work closely with our AI systems that manage cold and warm calling, monitoring and learning from responses to optimise results; as well as educating the AI. You’ll listen to calls, analyse outcomes, and identify ways to improve the sales process.


Once AI systems are perfected and you're all settled in with the business, you’ll take the lead in building and managing a sales team to aid your growth, supporting global expansion, and developing future business opportunities. You’ll own the business in key accounts and help sell technology solutions in the future. You’ll also prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights into team performance, client trends, and market conditions.


YOU WILL NEED...


  • Proven experience in Sales
  • Experience in remittance or financial services
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Proficient in sales processes, cold and warm calling, and appointment setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with sales targets, reporting requirements, and uncapped commission structures
