The CSG Professional Services Analytics team supports the Professional

Services business within the Customer Success Group (CSG). We are

seeking a talented Data Analytics Senior Analyst for the Sales Analytics

team. This individual will contribute to our efforts in transforming complex

data into clear and actionable insights and dashboards for our Professional

Services sales team.

Responsibilities

Use Tableau to create interactive and intuitive visualizations

Develop a deep understanding of enterprise data and operational

details of the business (e.g., key datasets, business drivers/KPIs).

 Build predictive analytics models to forecast trends and early

warning signals in key business areas

Assist in wrangling data sets using Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau to

discover patterns, correlate findings, and measure the impact on the

business and key metrics

Automate manual reporting processes and improve data quality

Partner with and consult Professional Services sellers and sales

leadership to provide accurate data/information and make

recommendations for how to run the business

Basic Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, data analysis

Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets/Excel

Know how to extract, manipulate and transform data

Basic understanding of data modeling and relational databases like

Snowflake.

Strong communication skills

Able to translate complex technical results into clear, actionable

insights

Cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills, with a track

record of impacting decisions at both strategic and executional levels

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams

Ability to quickly grasp technological and business concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Salesforce product, platform features, and capabilities

Sales/GTM knowledge

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related field

Data Science knowledge

Background in professional services or SaaS industry

Consultative background
