👥 Your role in the team

We are looking for a Flutter developer to support our small team and help further develop and improve our mobile app. You will implement new features, fix bugs, and write tests to keep the app stable. As we are a startup, you will take on a lot of responsibility and have the opportunity to actively shape both the product and the codebase.

Your responsibilities

• Development and implementation of new features in Flutter.
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of the app for smooth operation.
• Writing unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure quality.
• Close collaboration with our backend team (Django + Postgres) for API integration.
• Use of BLoC, GetIt, and Dio as part of our tech stack.
• Participation in product discussions and contribution of your own ideas.

🌟 Our expectations of you

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in app development with Flutter/Dart (the more experience, the better, including mobile architecture, state management, API integration, testing, and production experience).
• Proficient knowledge of BLoC for State Management.
• Practical experience with REST APIs, GetIt, and Dio.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD (we use GitHub + GitHub Actions).
• Design affinity – good sense for UI/UX and the ability to translate designs into user-friendly, appealing apps.
• Team player – you enjoy working in a team and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Analytical thinking – solving complex problems and keeping an eye on details.

Nice-to-Have

• Additional experience with iOS/Swift and/or Android/Kotlin.
• Basic knowledge of Django/Postgres for better collaboration with the backend.
• Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in startups or enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment.
