RareLoot is a content studio specializing in Minecraft, creating custom tools and automation to streamline workflows and deliver high-quality content efficiently. Founded in 2020, the company has grown into a global team of developers, designers, and artists. Its work includes adventure maps, minigames, add-ons, and texture packs, with an emphasis on quality and technical reliability.

We develop projects from start to finish and make them available on the Minecraft Marketplace, the official in-game store where players can discover and purchase high-quality worlds, skins, texture packs, and other curated content.

We are looking for a structured, driven Project Manager to support our growing projects in the gaming space.

• Excellent English, German optional


• Strong organizational skills to support projects from the very first idea to the release on the Marketplace and coordinate tasks between creative and technical team-members


• Basic knowledge of Minecraft’s technology, game design and development experience optional


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills as well as an independent and quality-driven way of working

• Experienced in creating content for the Minecraft Bedrock Edition and the Minecraft Marketplace, proven project management skills or a lead role in a Marketplace team optional


• Being a strong team-player, who can work in a diverse team of other freelancers and team-members.


• Being able to cope with feedback and work with the vision of a second party


• Proven ability to approach projects with creativity and enthusiasm

• Cooperation at eye level, where your ideas count
