Your new role

As the Technical Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the technical strategy and implementation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing solution requirements, systems design, development, integration, testing, and vendor management.
  
• Coordinating DevOps/DevSecOps practices to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  
• Aligning business and technical strategies to foster a collaborative approach.
  
• Supporting technology planning and solution delivery teams with technical input and detailed activities.
  
• Ensuring security and clinical considerations are integrated throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
  
• Enhancing the Systems Integration (SI) capability and maturity
  

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Strong technical skills and experience in delivering large mission-critical systems, cloud environments, and large databases (e.g., Oracle).
  
• Proven leadership and accountability in providing technical expertise and advice.
  
• Ability to set priorities, maintain team cohesion, and ensure quality outputs.
  
• Experience in strategic planning, project management, and managing change.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to build and maintain complex relationships.
  
• Ability to work independently with limited direction and make impactful decisions.
  
• Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance and national police check.
