Co-Founder Opportunity: Full-Stack Software Engineer (AWS / ReactJS / PHP Laravel)

Location: Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg)

HirerPro is building a smarter way for companies and job seekers to collaborate with recruiters. Recruitment has long been plagued by inefficiencies, opacity, and mismatched expectations. We’re changing that with a transparent, data-driven platform that redefines how hiring partners connect and deliver results.

After successfully building our MVP with an external software agency and validating strong market interest, we’re now scaling our sales pipeline. To fuel this growth, we’re looking for a technical co-founder to take ownership of the product and shape its evolution.

We already have two strong advisors on board and are seeking a driven full-stack engineer with the ambition to grow into our future CTO.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Own HirerPro’s technical roadmap and future product development.
• Build, scale, and maintain our platform (ReactJS frontend, PHP Laravel backend, AWS infrastructure).
• Implement an API-first, integration-friendly mindset leveraging existing tools and services to accelerate development.
• Partner closely with the founder to align technical execution with business growth.
• Prepare the platform for scale: performance, security, automation, and resilience.
• Move fast and pragmatically: ship features that bring impact instead of reinventing the wheel.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling software products (full-stack).
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, PHP Laravel, and AWS cloud services.
• Experience with API design and integrations.
• A pragmatic builder: you think in terms of speed, leverage, and adoption.
• Hungry, entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to step up as CTO and co-founder.
• Based in the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) for close collaboration.
• Bonus: experience in HR tech, job boards, or recruitment platforms.
