Your Role

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps our internal machine running like a dream.

From resolving operational tickets to keeping tools and systems in sync, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, helping teams move fast without breaking things. Think of it as being the connective tissue between CX, Finance, Product, and Tech.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Take full ownership of operational tickets: payments, leases, onboarding issues, access rights, and more.
  • Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot flow issues and make sure members get fast, accurate solutions.
  • Run scripts and regular system checks to catch problems before they escalate.
  • Use internal tools (and your intuition) to trace bugs, fix inconsistencies, and spot anomalies.
  • Keep dashboards, trackers, and documentation up to date, your work keeps everyone aligned.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose smarter processes, and support automation projects.
  • Help QA and validate fixes using tools like Postman, logs, or small scripts.
  • Track recurring issues, document root causes, and contribute to scalable, long-term solutions.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of internal tools across all our cities.

In short: you’ll be the person everyone relies on when something stops working, and the one who quietly makes sure it doesn’t happen again.


What we’re looking for:

  • You have 1–3 years of experience in Tech Ops, QA, Support, Internal Tools, or Automation roles.
  • You are a problem-solver who isn’t afraid to dig into data, trace systems, and figure things out.
  • You’re comfortable working with tools, data, and people all in the same hour.
  • You like figuring out how things work, where they break, and how to make them better.
  • You’re methodical, curious, and great at getting things done without drama.
  • You're organized, independent, and reliable, you close loops, even when others don’t.
  • You're familiar with Stripe, Postman, SQL
  • You're comfortable with basic scripts (JS/Node/React is a bonus).
  • You can collaborate with Engineers without needing to be a full-stack dev.
  • You're comfortable switching contexts without losing your flow, tools, tickets, and team chats don’t scare you.
  • You're fluent in English; French or Spanish is a nice plus.
