Our client, leader in defense sector headquartered in the Liège region and recognised for its technological expertise, is currently seeking a Product Compliance Manager. This strategic position, reporting directly to senior Industrialisation Director, will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all regulatory compliance activities throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring full adherence to applicable standards and regulations.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Leading product regulatory compliance across the company's portfolio.
- Conducting regulatory monitoring and managing compliance risks.
- Ensuring processes and products comply with applicable legal and technical standards.
- Preparing and maintaining certification and inspection documentation.
- Coordinating with suppliers, regulators, and inspection bodies to secure approvals.
- Driving internal audits to verify compliance and corrective actions.
- Training and informing employees on new and evolving regulatory requirements.
About you:
- Master's degree in Engineering (Civil or Industrial).
- Proven project management skills with the ability to act as a unifying leader.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with organizational rigor.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable managing stress and navigating urgent situations.
- Willing to travel across Europe (30-40% of the time).
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Solid command of IT tools and systems.
