In Tubize, you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Line Manager to lead the development and management of our Security Portfolio (Cryptography and Cybersecurity) and associated services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the cyber security landscape and a proven track record in product management.

Your mission

  • Roadmap Definition: Collaborate with the Cyber Range Manager, other Product Managers, and the Service Department to define and maintain the product roadmap.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Cost Analysis: Establish development costs and manage the product budget.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches.
  • Marketing Strategy: Create and execute marketing strategies to promote the Cyber Range, the cryptographic products and associated services.
  • Value Proposition: Define and communicate the value proposition of the products to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business Plan: Develop comprehensive business plans to support product development and market introduction.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain frequent contact with the Business Line and other Thales stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.


We are looking forward to

  • Experience: Proven experience in product management, preferably in the crypto or cybersecurity domain.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and one of the two Belgian national languages (Dutch or French).
  • Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
