Visual Content Designer – Social Media (European Institution)

For one of our clients within an European institution, we are currently looking for a Graphic Specialist to design visually compelling content that makes complex information clear, engaging, and shareable across our client’s global social media platforms. This role blends creativity with analytical thinking, requiring a designer who can not only craft eye-catching visuals but also communicate data-driven stories effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, multilingual content adaptation, and a keen sense of current social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex datasets into clear, impactful charts, infographics, and other visuals tailored for social media in 24 languages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data insights, storytelling goals, and campaign strategies.
• Adapt static graphics into different types of multimedia content optimized for diverse platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency and high design quality across all deliverables.
• Stay ahead of emerging design practices and social media trends to keep content fresh, innovative, and engaging.

Your profile

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong emphasis on data visualization.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both creative flair and clarity in communicating complex ideas visually.
• Familiarity with best practices for social media content formats and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multilingual or global content adaptation is a strong plus.
