Junior Human Resources Generalist
Tasks:
- Work closely with Partners, Managers and Employees to provide hands-on and strategic input, insight and advice on people-related issues across various topics such as talent management, employee relations, training and development, conflict management and organizational development
- Handle administrative tasks such as contract creation and provide occasional payroll support.
- Work with the Head of HR for France & BENELUX in establishing and driving HR initiatives forward within specific company functions, while always ensuring they align with the company's and the group’s business objectives
- Partner with senior leadership to provide HR policy guidance on practices within Belgium and Luxembourg, in order to support the strategic growth of the business
- Work with local managers and partners to conduct performance management meetings and assist in identifying and defining training needs for teams and individuals
- Analyse HR trends and metrics in order to create various HR Reports as needed by the business

Your skills:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or other relevant field of studies
- Previous experience or internship working in the Human Resources department will be highly regarded
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills
- Knowledge or familiarity with Belgian Labour regulations
- Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Fluent in Dutch as well as English
