Senior Project Manager – Operational Risk

Mandatory Skills / Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management or business analysis

Technical / Business Knowledge

• Financial Services or Operational Risk Management experience
• Basic understanding of Control Tools or ability to quickly learn main functionalities
• Ability to understand and capture the viewpoint of senior business stakeholders

Soft Skills

• Strategic thinking (helicopter view)
• Proactive and reactive approach
• Strong communication, diplomatic, and customer-oriented
• Ability to interact easily with multiple stakeholders (Business / LoD1 / LoD2)
