Loyalty Program Product Manager

Iute Group
Estonia · Full-time · Mid-Senior

Who we are

Iute Group is a fast-growing fintech company founded in 2008 in Estonia and operating in Albania, Moldova, North Macedonia, and Bulgaria. We provide consumer finance, payments, banking, and insurance services with a mission to deliver an outstanding personal finance experience – powered by technology and elevated by the human touch.

About The Role

We are looking for a Loyalty Program Product Manager to create and scale Iute’s loyalty ecosystem. This role goes beyond managing a program — it’s about defining a bold vision and strategy for how loyalty becomes a true competitive advantage for Iute.

You will design a world-class loyalty experience that delights customers, strengthens relationships, and drives measurable business impact across markets. Working closely with technology, marketing, data, and business teams, you will turn ideas into concrete products and solutions and lead them end-to-end.

This is your opportunity to put your mark on one of Iute’s most visible, customer-facing products and shape how thousands and millions of people experience and value their relationship with Iute.

Your responsibilities

  • Define and own the loyalty program vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of loyalty features (design, development, testing, launch, iteration).
  • Create and manage the profitability (P&L) of the loyalty program.
  • Collaborate with technology, marketing, and data teams to deliver seamless loyalty solutions across digital channels and the MyIute app.
  • Establish and track KPIs such as enrollment, active usage, redemption, retention, and CLV uplift.
  • Conduct customer research, competitive benchmarking, and market analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Build and scale partnership programs with commercial teams for loyalty usage.
  • Manage program content, campaigns, and communications to ensure relevance and localization.
  • Oversee QA and testing to ensure loyalty features deliver a frictionless customer experience.
  • Regularly report program performance and insights to management and stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or loyalty program management.
  • Proven success in delivering customer-facing digital products or loyalty solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus points for

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or retail loyalty programs.
  • Knowledge of customer data platforms and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with APIs and backend systems that support loyalty ecosystems.
  • Understanding of CLV, NPS, and retention metrics.
  • Strong UX/UI sensibility and ability to translate user needs into effective solutions.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to build and lead a flagship loyalty program with regional impact.
  • A collaborative, innovative environment where customer experience is central.
  • Fair and transparent compensation, complemented by a performance-based bonus system.
  • Meaningful professional development opportunities, including hands-on trainings, mentorship, and participation in international conferences.
  • Flexible working arrangements and a supportive team culture that values balance and personal well-being.

Hiring process

Our hiring process is quick and straightforward: an initial screening call, followed by interviews with our customer experience and product leaders. We value your time and provide timely feedback.
