What is our everyday life like?

Our Netvisor SaaS-product already serves over 44 000 clients in Finland. This means that over 200 000 payslips are created and over 1 million invoices are sent monthly. Our product streamlines the daily lives of Finnish entrepreneurs, accountants, and employees by automating many important processes in invoicing, payroll, and expense management.

Our developers play a key role in the modernization and continuous development of our products. We value responsibility and freedom, so our teams make a lot of decisions related to product development in their day-to-day work. We believe that everyone can have an impact with their work.

In addition to product development, we invest heavily in the development of our people. Our wishes for a new colleague

We appreciate a good understanding of some fundamentals, which we feel is much more important than knowing some specific coding languages or technologies. Here below are nevertheless some skills that are most relevant.

Must haves:

• Strong background and skills in some object-oriented language (C#, VB.NET or the likes).
• Experience in working with relational databases and SQL.
• Basic frontend skills in HTML, Javascript and React.
• Identity management projects (Azure AD/Entra ID or similar).
• Skills in AI-powered development tools (e.g. Cursor).
• Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English, Finnish is a plus.

Useful skills:

• Experience in building AI features.
• Experience from AWS environment.
• Documentation skills and ability to describe technical processes.

Ideally, you have been working with both front and back end, or have at least basic knowledge of both. You are hopefully also a nice person to work with who enjoys teamwork and conversations, because working in teams and solving problems together are important for us - several people often solve bigger challenges faster than just one.

Our offices are located in Helsinki (Pasila, Tripla) and Lappeenranta. You can also use other Visma offices anywhere in Finland or work remotely. The team for which we are hiring now mainly works remotely, and the working language in the team is English.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around 3200-5000 €/month depending on your skills and experience.
