We are seeking an experienced professional with proven experience in establishing and managing the delivery of technical ICT system delivery projects together with a strong knowledge of contemporary project management and governance frameworks and methodologies across Federal or State Government environments.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in establishing and managing the delivery of technical ICT system delivery projects
• Developing, managing and implementing project plans and schedules in accordance with the Agency's project management framework.
• Contributing to project design, governance arrangements and operational integration.
• Ensuring project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Researching, reviewing and evaluating projects in specific operational or technical areas.
• Reporting on project output to stakeholders and overseeing regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.
• Preparing and reviewing written materials including business cases, plans, reports and executive briefs and corporate documentation.
• Undertaking budget management, monitoring expenditure and overseeing procurement and contract management activities.
• Identifying, assessing, managing, escalating and monitoring project risks, issues and benefits, including developing treatment strategies.
• Analysing project performance and coordinating quality management activities to ensure that project deliverables are fit for purpose and meet client needs.
• Must be an Australian Citizen
