📍 Paris, France | Full-time (CDI) The Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate / Manager to join our team in Paris. Reporting to the Head of Sales and the Chief Business Officer, you will focus on building and expanding our client base in France.
This is a mid-level role (2–3 years of experience) for someone passionate about fintech, crypto, and payments, eager to grow with a fast-scaling company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard French companies (startups, SMEs, enterprises) to NGPES payment ecosystem.
- Support sales pipeline development and manage relationships with prospects in France.
- Conduct market research on the French crypto and payments landscape.
- Work closely with Head of Sales and CBO on go-to-market strategies and execution in France.
- Attend industry events and represent NGPES in the French fintech & crypto ecosystem.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt messaging for the French market.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the crypto/fintech sector in France.
- Excellent command of French (native/near-native) and English (professional working proficiency).
- Strong understanding of the French payments and/or crypto landscape.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.
