🔍 We're Hiring: Senior Data Scientist – Trust & Safety (Germany) 🇩🇪

Our client, a leading e-commerce platform in Germany, is on a mission to make online trade safer and more trustworthy for millions of users. They’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join their cross-functional team and help build scalable, production-grade ML models that detect fraud and assess user risk.

💡 Your Impact:

• Design and deploy end-to-end ML models for fraud detection and behavioral analytics
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics & Customer Service teams
• Work with deep learning and classical ML techniques (XGBoost, Random Forests, Transformers, etc.)
• Ensure fairness, transparency, and reproducibility in all AI systems
• Shape the future of Trust & Safety in online marketplaces

🎯 What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in ML model development and deployment
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, XGBoost)
• Experience with LLMs for classification and risk signal extraction
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, SageMaker) and production ML tools
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

🌱 Preferred:

• Background in fraud detection or Trust & Safety
• Experience with Agile teams and DevOps/DataOps practices
• Awareness of ethical and regulatory concerns in AI
