Junior HR Generalist - Leased Labor (18 months) (m/f/d)
Your mission
- Support COE modules with professional HR policy, process, IT and template(eg. Budget management, recruitment and allocation, performance management, Promotion, C&Q, talent development, HQ project Subsidy Support, etc.);
- Support daily communication with HQ contact person;
- Support platform HRBP topics and team operations;
- Support to non-employee management;
- Cooperate with the HR team to support HR team operations
- Initial experience in a similar function and/or completed academic degree, e.g. in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or another related field.;
- Work experience in HR, experience in high-end research environment is advantageous.
- International working experience across different functions and/or countries;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international environment in a Chinese company;
- Native in Chinese (mandarin), fluent in English, German as a plus;
- Basic knowledge of German labor law or visa issues is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools;
