Business Analyst

We are seeking a Middle Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on prompt engineering for GenAI models. This role involves developing and optimizing prompts for GenAI models, specifically in text and image generation. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating training and educational workshops for internal stakeholders on best practices related to prompt engineering and GenAI. The ideal candidate should possess an advanced understanding of AI technology, particularly Generative AI, and demonstrate the ability to translate complex AI concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Developing and optimizing prompts for GenAI models, particularly in text and image generation
Facilitating training and educational workshops for internal stakeholders on prompt engineering best practices
Translating complex AI concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders
Analyzing and interpreting data to optimize prompts for AI models
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt engineering aligns with project objectives
Identifying and implementing prompt optimization techniques for GenAI models
Conducting regular evaluations of prompt engineering processes and making recommendations for improvement
Maintaining documentation of prompt engineering processes and best practices
Contributing to the development of innovative prompt engineering strategies

Requirements

2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
Proven experience in prompt engineering for AI models
Proficiency in translating complex AI concepts into understandable terms
Ability to conduct training and educational workshops for internal stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of AI technology, specifically Generative AI
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Familiarity with prompt optimization techniques for AI models
