Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Insight & Analytics Manager for Region Central Europe, you will lead our customer insight and analytics agenda to support data-driven decision-making across the business. You’ll translate customer behavior into actionable strategies and play a key role in shaping how we engage, activate, and retain our customers.

You’ll drive our Test & Learn Agenda - working with brand and customer analytics to explore new ideas, validate hypotheses and turn insights into commercial and experience – based outcomes. From strategic direction to day-to-day performance, your work will connect insight with impact.

You will:

  • Lead and develop a regional team of Customer Analysts, Test & Learn Specialist, Media Analyst and Brand Analysts.
  • Generate insights on customer behavior, preferences, and engagement — supporting CRM, paid and owned media planning, as well as business and commercial planning.
  • Oversee customer research, data analysis, and segmentation across quantitative and qualitative sources.
  • Drive the “test & learn” agenda, optimizing media spend and CRM activations through experimentation and performance evaluation.
  • Use global tools and frameworks to analyze customer journeys and inform the customer experience.
  • Translate complex insights into clear, strategic recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Have a clear understanding of analytical methods and tools, to drive and develop the team.
  • Align and mange the relationship with global stakeholders and your peers in the regional marketing leadership team.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of the regional Customer Activation & Marketing function and collaborate closely with teams across CRM, Brand & Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, and Global functions.

In this role, you’ll contribute to building a truly customer-centric mindset across Region Central Europe and report directly to the Regional Head of Customer Activation & Marketing.
