The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Director to help lead and grow our strategic communications practice in Dublin. You'll work alongside senior leaders, drive media and public affairs strategy, and provide C-suite counsel on high-stakes issues.

This is a chance to build influence, lead teams, and help shape the future of our Dublin office, while working across a global network.

Key Duties

  • Leading strategic comms and media campaigns that drive real impact

  • Building and growing client relationships across sectors
  • Expanding our public affairs and strategic communications offering
  • Collaborating closely with our London and global teams
  • Driving new business and uncovering growth opportunities

Note the above responsibilities are not exhaustive and the incumbent may be required to undertake further tasks as may reasonably be expected.

About You

  • Proven experience in public affairs, corporate or strategic communications (agency, in-house or political background welcome)
  • Confident managing high-level client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of media, politics, and business in Ireland
  • Creative, commercially minded, and a strong communicator
  • A natural team leader with a passion for mentoring and collaboration
  • Strong understanding of how government and policy decisions impact business

What we Offer

  • Excellent starting salary with annual reviews
  • Wellbeing allowance
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Opportunity to make a concrete impact on organisations.
  • Experience of work in a global consulting firm, growing, with offices in all continents, and with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Opportunity to work on varied projects and be exposed to multiple geographies, sectors and practices.
  • Work in a multinational, collaborative, flexible professional environment with small, dedicated teams.
