About the Role

We now have a vacancy for a Construction Project Manager in the Dublin Region.

Current project scopes include hotel and leisure, residential, healthcare and commercial.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the coordination and management of the project, on time, on budget and to the agreed specification and quality.
• Supervising the project team in their delivery of all SHEQ requirements.
• Client Facing.
• Ongoing liaison with the Design team.
• Ensuring all technical requirements of the project are delivered.
• Overall responsibility for managing subcontractors.
• Ensuring all subcontract coordination is carried out to meet project requirements.
• Overall responsibility for Project Delivery on site.
