The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Manage projects through all phases, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contract negotiations, compliance, and administration.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project documentation, including planning, tender, and construction stage reports.
  • On-site Oversight: Ensure all site activities comply with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Development: Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and strengthening client relationships.


About You

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing projects from concept to handover.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with project management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with contract administration and on-site project management.
  • Chartered status or working towards chartership is desirable.
  • Aviation experience is desirable
