As a Partnerships Lead, you'll have the opportunity to join a smart and ambitious team and have a major influence on the future success and direction of Mintos. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a track record of building and managing teams in fast-paced environments, someone who thrives in strategic decision-making and has a strong financial background and experience structuring funding deals
You will:
- Lead a multidisciplinary Partnerships team (hunters, account managers and client success), with aim of ensuring they consistently achieve set goals.
- Empower your team with the right knowledge and skills, recruit top talent and bring new ideas for organization and process improvements.
- Drive Mintos’ strategic decisions about which countries and clients to prioritize.
- Contribute to expanding Mintos’ business by identifying new opportunities, markets and partnership models.
- Develop and nurture long-term C-suite relationships with key partners across 20+ countries.
- Collaborate closely with legal, risk and AML teams to ensure smooth and compliant deal execution.
- A proven track record in building, leading, and scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, with hands-on experience structuring financing deals.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives.
- Experience in international business and comfort managing partnerships across multiple countries.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with legal, risk and compliance stakeholders.
- Familiarity with MiFID and Prospectus regulations is a significant plus.
- Business-level or higher proficiency in English; other languages are a bonus.
