As a DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the central Cloud Platform team, responsible for developing, testing, and deploying custom workflows and automation scripts within AWS infrastructure—enabling seamless integration, efficient deployment, proactive monitoring, and strong compliance across the organization.

What You Will Do:
- Mentor and support less experienced team members to enhance their productivity, confidence, and overall contribution to the team
- Implement standardized solutions to maintain the operational integrity, performance, and reliability of technology stacks throughout their lifecycle.
- Metrics collection, aggregation, and visualization
- Log collection, aggregation, and correlation
- Event management and routing
- Inventory, capacity, and billing/tag management
- Applies advanced troubleshooting technique to provide solutions for complex issues
- Develops, tracks and leverages performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Continuously improves processes, evaluates and implements new and existing tools
- Develops tools, scripts and frameworks that drive efficiency in automation, monitoring and management of large-scale environments
- Standard practices that ensure their operational health & excellence
- Provide hands-on technical coaching to accelerate Cloud operations learning across the organization
- Technical writing skills for documenting environments and procedures
- Strong IaC background; Experience with continuous integration and deployment technologies
- Experience with AWS, EKS, ArgoCD, Grafana, Terraform and Crossplane would be considered an advantage
- Experience in the following areas: Sys admin in using OS platform (Linux/Unix); Firm grasp of networking fundamentals such as DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, Routing, etc.; Experience with relational database systems (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of automation practices throughout the development, build, and deployment phases of the application life-cycle
- Experience with tooling to support monitoring, telemetry, logging, and reporting/dashboarding, and continuous delivery technologies
- Strong technical background (operating systems, networking, application performance management, load balancing, security systems, etc.)
- Developing and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery processes
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
