Webflow Developer (Remote, B2B, 9 months)

SPH Engineering is a global drone software company with clients in 150+ countries. We build integration solutions for UAV professionals, focused on civil, industrial, and commercial applications.

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer experienced in large-scale website development. The ideal candidate understands how to work with CMS, implement responsive, SEO-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and can handle both no-code and light custom code setups. Basic understanding of backend integrations is a plus.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain company websites in Webflow;
• Ensure websites are technically optimized for SEO and performance;
• Turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect pages;
• Integrate with CRM, analytics & automation tools;
• Maintain consistent brand design across updates;
• Test and debug across browsers and devices.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Webflow (portfolio required)
• Solid HTML, CSS skills + basic JavaScript
• Strong UX/UI & responsive design skills
• SEO & performance optimization
• Integrations (CRM, GA, GTM, Shopify, etc.)
• English B1+ (spoken & written), Russian = plus

Nice-to-have: CRO experience, basic graphic/motion design (Figma, Adobe).

Contract: B2B, 9 months

Remote (candidates must reside outside Russia and Belarus)
