As a Cloud Security Specialist, you will design, implement, and operate security controls within complex cloud environments. You will work directly with clients to build and enhance secure architectures, support secure cloud adoption, and help define best practices in cloud-native security. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about cloud technology and cybersecurity and want to work on impactful local and international projects.
Job location: Vilnius, Riga or Tallinn
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud-native security controls and architectures in Azure or AWS environments.
- Support configuration of secure cloud services including IAM, network security, logging/monitoring, data protection, and workload security.
- Participate in hands-on cloud security engineering, such as policy enforcement using tools like Azure Policy, AWS Config, Security Hub, or cloud-native firewalls.
- Collaborate with client DevOps and infrastructure teams to embed security in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Assist in the development and documentation of cloud security reference architectures, blueprints, and operational runbooks.
- Troubleshoot and support ongoing cloud security operations including incident response, vulnerability management, and hardening.
- 3-5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or cybersecurity roles, with a strong focus on Azure and/or AWS.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud-native security controls and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure components such as virtual networks, identity management, key management services, and logging pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation) and DevSecOps practices is an advantage.
- Understanding of cloud-native threat models and security architecture principles.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Azure Cybersecurity Architect, or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fluent English required.
- A monthly gross salary ranging from EUR 3000 to EUR 6000 EUR.
