At Origin Robotics, we build software-first autonomous aerial systems that are changing how defense is done. Our systems are already deployed with NATO allies and active military partners. As we scale, we’re looking for an Administrative Project Manager to keep client projects and internal operations running smoothly.


What you’ll do:


  • Oversee client projects from start to delivery, ensuring timelines, documentation, and compliance are met.
  • Track progress, prepare reports, and manage risks or delays.
  • Standardize project documentation and handle invoicing.
  • Coordinate across engineering, operations, business development, and finance teams.
  • Manage export applications, company licenses, and compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Support financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Handle legal and administrative tasks, including document storage and liaison with authorities.


What we’re looking for:


  • 3+ years in project management, administration, or operations (aerospace/manufacturing/tech preferred).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of export regulations, licensing, and compliance.
  • Financial literacy (budgeting, invoicing, analysis).
  • Proficiency in English and Latvian (written and spoken).
  • Legal knowledge is a plus.
