Technology stack:
- Modern: .NET 8+, Azure Services (Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, SQL, Redis), Blazor, React, Bicep/YAML
- Legacy: .NET Framework 4.6+, MVC, Razor, JavaScript, SQL Server, Elastic Search, on-prem hosting
- Act as the technical and motivational lead for the support team;
- Handle various support tasks alongside your team;
- Engage with customers to clarify, estimate, and resolve issues professionally;
- Take ownership of ticket prioritization, escalation, and follow-up;
- Set up processes, tools, and routines for the newly formed team;
- Coach and support team members;
- Collaborate closely with our engineers in Denmark.
- Proven technical experience with Microsoft/.NET stack;
- Strong application support and troubleshooting skills;
- Familiarity with both Azure and on-premise infrastructure;
- Leadership qualities and a drive to improve team and customer outcomes;
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written);
- A structured, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
