Lead .NET Support Engineer

Technology stack:

Modern: .NET 8+, Azure Services (Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, SQL, Redis), Blazor, React, Bicep/YAML
Legacy: .NET Framework 4.6+, MVC, Razor, JavaScript, SQL Server, Elastic Search, on-prem hosting

In this role you will:

Act as the technical and motivational lead for the support team;
Handle various support tasks alongside your team;
Engage with customers to clarify, estimate, and resolve issues professionally;
Take ownership of ticket prioritization, escalation, and follow-up;
Set up processes, tools, and routines for the newly formed team;
Coach and support team members;
Collaborate closely with our engineers in Denmark.

What we do expect:

Proven technical experience with Microsoft/.NET stack;
Strong application support and troubleshooting skills;
Familiarity with both Azure and on-premise infrastructure;
Leadership qualities and a drive to improve team and customer outcomes;
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written);
A structured, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
