We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the AI Solutions team of the Ignitis Group shared service center to lead the AI Solutions team at the Ignitis Group shared service centre. You’ll define product strategy, own and drive AI solutions (e.g., agentic systems, transcription and voice-generation), lead the team and be a change managemer at the Group level. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:


  • Creating artificial intelligence solutions that will transform the customer experience and serve all residents and businesses
  • Developing and managing solutions that use the most advanced artificial intelligence tools and architectures on the market (e.g., agentic systems, transcription or voice generation tools)
  • Shaping the direction of artificial intelligence at the Group level
  • Managing team work, seeking opportunities, and implementing solutions that would develop team competencies and encourage proactive action
  • Proactively identifying artificial intelligence solutions, creating them, and ensuring their use
  • Anticipating, planning, and managing changes that arise when implementing large-scale artificial intelligence solutions


Required for this position:


  • At least 2 years' experience in product development and management, preferably with digital or AI-driven products
  • At least 2 years' hands-on experience with artificial intelligence technologies, including at least 1 year developing and managing agentic AI systems
  • Experience in people leadership, including team building, mentoring and cross-functional coordination
  • Clear understanding of AI architectures and the ML lifecycle, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into concrete business/product requirements
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale AI solutions, including planning and executing rollouts, stakeholder alignment and change management
  • Demonstrable ability to organise and deliver projects in complex, matrixed environments, build effective workflows and scale team competency
  • Security, privacy and compliance awareness when designing and deploying AI solutions
  • Advantage: experience developing AI solutions for customer service (conversational agents, transcription/voice systems) and familiarity with Azure, Vertex AI, Python and GenAI libraries
