Technical Project Manager – Commerce Capability

Luxembourg (Onsite, 3 days per week minimum)

€370/day (contract)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a high-profile Commerce Capability replatforming project. This role is critical in bringing clarity, structure, and oversight to a fast-moving environment, ensuring seamless delivery, robust governance, and proactive risk management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving integrated project planning and roadmap management.
• Ensuring end-to-end visibility and reporting through JIRA.
• Implementing strong governance, RAID management, and budget control.
• Acting as the central coordination point across teams and stakeholders.
• Presenting project progress and insights clearly to CxO-level stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years’ experience delivering large-scale technical projects (commerce platforms, replatforming, cloud, or data solutions).
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Advanced JIRA expertise – tracking, dashboards, reporting.
• Proven experience in budget control, governance, and process setup.
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence at C-suite level.
• Assertive, decisive, and results-driven, with the ability to instil structure and accountability across teams.
