We're continuously seeking passionate Android Developers to join our talent pool for current and future opportunities across multiple engineering teams. Our clients are primarily in the financial sector and we work with the three biggest banks in the Netherlands.

Depending on your experience and team placement, you might:

• Build and maintain native Android apps used by millions of users
• Develop and maintain shared libraries, SDKs, and frameworks for efficient feature development
• Refactor and modernise legacy codebases focusing on accessibility, performance, and user experience
• Work on security-critical features including authentication, fraud detection, and device binding
• Build solutions using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, modular architectures, and modern concurrency
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, DevOps, and security experts
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and code modularisation
• Support, coach, and mentor junior developers within your team and guild

Must-Have Skills:

• Solid experience in Android development with Kotlin (8+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of modular architecture and clean code principles
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and UI toolkits (e.g., View system)
• Familiarity with networking and secure app development practices
• Comfortable with writing unit and integration tests
• Experience working in agile teams, preferably with DevOps culture
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and coaching skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation (Fastlane, GitLab, etc.)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Ruby, Python, Bash) and infrastructure automation
• Background in fintech, security, or startup environments
• Familiarity with Scrum, Scrum Master experience a plus
• Exposure to SDK development and mobile libraries
