This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in the European Union.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the design of innovative AI-driven products that transform complex technical concepts into seamless user experiences. You will work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to shape workflows, developer tools, and AI agent interfaces that scale across enterprise operations. The position emphasizes end-to-end ownership, from research and ideation to shipping and iterating on product designs. You will have a direct impact on both the usability and adoption of cutting-edge voice AI technology. This role is ideal for a creative, technically fluent designer who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys turning complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions.

Accountabilities

  • Own end-to-end product design for workflows, developer tools, and AI agent experiences
  • Translate complex technical concepts, APIs, and automation workflows into intuitive and delightful interfaces
  • Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product leaders to rapidly ship and iterate on designs
  • Conduct lean user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate design decisions
  • Maintain and evolve the product design system and ensure consistency across all interfaces
  • Advocate for users, balancing usability, technical feasibility, and business goals
  • Drive projects forward with a bias toward action, focusing on practical execution over theory


Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with demonstrated ownership from concept to production
  • Background in startups, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments
  • Experience designing developer-facing tools, workflows, automation products, or AI-driven interfaces
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, multi-hat responsibilities, and fast-paced execution
  • Strong balance of UX, UI, and product thinking; portfolio demonstrating both design craft and speed
  • Technical fluency, with comfort working with APIs, JSON, logs, traces, and technical workflows
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills


Preferred / Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with no-code platforms or AI/automation products
  • Familiarity with conversational AI or voice agent systems
  • Prior experience shaping a design system and product identity at scale
