About This Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, Lead Product Designer with impeccable taste, strong ownership, and deep love for users. You’ll be crafting exclusive, high-quality user experiences across mobile and web. Experience with sleek, polished consumer apps is critical — this role is for someone who’s fast, thoughtful, and obsessed with getting every detail right.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web — onboarding, new features, and interactive UI included.
- Talk to users. A lot. Understand what they need and what makes them happy.
- Own your work end-to-end: from idea → prototype → final design.
- Work closely with the product manager and engineers to bring ideas to life.
- Use data and feedback to improve fast. We ship, learn, repeat.
- Help shape and evolve our design system.
- Minimum 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU).
- A portfolio that shows impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft.
- You're proactive, hands-on, and love shipping real things.
- You care about users and obsess over getting the details right.
- Curious, collaborative, and excited to build something that matters.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or higher preferred).
- Experience with AI, conversational UI, or emotionally engaging products.
- Experience with UX research: planning, conducting, and integrating insights into design decisions
- Prompt engineering experience
- Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch
