IT Project Manager & Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our IT PMO team. Are you looking for an opportunity to create innovative solutions and promote the standardization of IT tools in an international environment? Then this opportunity is right for you!

Your key tasks will be:

✅ Managing international IT projects from beginning to final implementation.

✅Identification of opportunities for international unification of IT tools and systems and their implementation.

✅ Developing and maintaining project plans, risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

✅ Analyzing business and system requirements and converting them into technical specifications.

✅ Promoting the digitalization and automation of business processes.

✅ Connecting the interests of different stakeholders and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

✅ Standardizing and optimizing IT solutions in the Eastern Europe Europ Assistance region.

✅ Analyzing the gaps between current systems and business needs.

✅ Taking initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business results.

✅ Leading and documenting business meetings with clients.

✅ Promoting the use of existing tools in the region, establishing processes for tool evaluation, knowledge exchange and best practices.

What do we expect?

✔ At least 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or business analysis.

✔ Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).

✔ Experience with capturing and documenting requirements and analyzing business processes.

✔ Excellent analytical and communication skills.

✔ International experience and working in a multicultural environment is an advantage.

✔ Certifications (PMP, IPMA, CBAP) are an additional advantage.
