Product Manager – Deep-Tech AI & Quantum (9-Month Fixed Term Contract) - hybrid Madrid OR Barcelona

Are you passionate about shaping the future of AI and quantum computing? We are seeking a Product Manager to join a fast-growing European deep-tech company at the forefront of AI and quantum solutions. This is a 9-month contract role, offering the opportunity to work on groundbreaking products that make AI faster, greener, and more accessible.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the vision and roadmap for cutting-edge model inference APIs and model registries, balancing the needs of internal teams and external customers.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and documentation.
• Establish and enhance product management practices across the team.
• Track adoption, performance, and user satisfaction using data-driven insights.
• Support leadership in understanding priorities, status, and trade-offs while contributing to the overall product strategy.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a technical role with significant product-facing experience, and 2+ years in product or program management.
• Strong understanding of software products, APIs, developer platforms, and the large language model ecosystem.
• Familiarity with machine learning infrastructure, model deployment, or related technologies.
• Proven ability to define requirements, write user stories, and prioritize backlogs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred experience:

• Working with ML inference APIs, model-serving systems, or LLMs.
• MLOps, distributed systems, or developer tool experience.
• Introducing product management practices to new teams.
• Scaling ML products in enterprise environments.
• Balancing technical depth with user-focused product thinking.
