- Design, develop, and maintain firmware for battery operated, connected devices.
- Implement software modules in C running on RTOS-based platforms.
- Optimize firmware for real-time performance, power consumption, and reliability.
- Develop and integrate drivers for hardware peripherals (SPI, I²C, UART, GPIO, sensors, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with hardware, product, and mobile teams to deliver end-to-end functionality.
- Debug and troubleshoot firmware and hardware issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers.
- Contribute to system architecture decisions, such as RTOS configuration and communication stacks.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Perform power analysis to evaluate and optimize the impact of developed software.
- 4+ years of experience in embedded software development.
- Strong C programming skills with deep knowledge of RTOS concepts (tasks, scheduling, synchronization, memory management).
- Solid understanding of embedded hardware interfaces (SPI, I²C, UART, ADC, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools (debug probes, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in resource-constrained environments.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
