Job Title: Human Resources Adaptation and operations representative

Job Location: (Bucharest, Romania)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with business departments to organize and streamline rules at the organizational level and for differentiated regulations, and establish scenario-based shared service operation rules to support the implementation of differentiated rule delivery.
  • Scenario-based Delivery Solution Operations: Responsible for the operation of the scenario-based delivery solution for this module, promptly addressing and improving any anomalies in the scenario-based operational rules to ensure orderly execution of deliveries.
  • Standardization and Digitalization Construction: Participate in the standardization and digitalization efforts of this business module. Integrate business rules and processes, solidify them into standardized business delivery processes, assist in the digitalization of business delivery, and promote the optimization of policies, processes, and IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above
  • Previous HR-related internship or work experience is preferred
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong execution and multitasking ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PPT), especially proficiency in advanced Excel features and solid data processing and reporting skills
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, multi-language skill is considered as an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
