Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with solid experience in ISIS Papyrus who thrives in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will maintain and improve existing document generation solutions, as well as drive the transition to a new output platform.
You will work closely with product specialists, project teams, and IT developers to ensure high-quality, efficient, and future-ready solutions.

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with solid experience in ISIS Papyrus who thrives in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will maintain and improve existing document generation solutions, as well as drive the transition to a new output platform.
You will work closely with product specialists, project teams, and IT developers to ensure high-quality, efficient, and future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain current flows and templates in the Papyrus platform, including troubleshooting and optimizing document generation and runtime performance across print and digital channels
- Migrate and enhance document templates, leveraging Papyrus WebRepository for version control and deployment
- Contribute to the transition to Quadient Inspire (Inspire platform), including migration from Papyrus and setup in the new output platform
- Collaborate with product specialists, project teams, and IT developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Solid hands-on experience with ISIS Papyrus: Designer, Objects, and WebRepository
- Strong knowledge of document formats such as PDF and AFP
- Experience in versioning, debugging, and performance tuning within Papyrus environments
- Experience using z/OS
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working
- Previous experience with Quadient Inspire or similar Customer Communication Management (CCM) platform
- Experience scripting with PQL and JavaScript
- Experience with enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP, CMIS)
