What will you do?
As a Senior iOS Developer at Rebtel, you’ll keep a holistic view of our app architecture while building maintainable, scalable features and modernizing the current implementation. You’ll drive clean code through refactoring and testing, turning complex problems into simple, pragmatic solutions. You collaborate daily with Web, Android, Backend, Product, Design, QA, and Data, and you can drive iOS work as a team player. You’ll also mentor teammates and actively share knowledge to raise the bar for the whole team.

Responsibilities And Tasks
- Own and evolve the app architecture; evaluate trade-offs and guide technical decisions for long-term maintainability.
- Implement user-facing features that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with product goals.
- Keep the standards for clean code; cover edge cases, write unit tests, and perform thoughtful code reviews.
- Break down complex problems into pragmatic, straightforward solutions.
- Improve legacy code and reduce technical debt to keep the codebase healthy.
- Partner effectively with non-iOS teams to plan, build, and ship end-to-end solutions.
- Coach teammates, document decisions, and foster continuous learning.
- Proficient in SwiftUI and Combine for modern reactive UI development.
- Comfortable maintaining and integrating with legacy Objective-C code.
- Strong grasp of iOS architectural patterns such as MVVM-C and VIPER.
- Proven track record delivering production iOS apps to the App Store, including post-release monitoring and iteration.
- Experienced integrating with REST and/or GraphQL APIs with robust error handling and async patterns.
- Write unit tests, cover edge cases, and perform thoughtful code reviews favoring simple, pragmatic solutions.
- Effective in Scrum/Kanban environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and pipeline configurations.
- Communicate progress and risks clearly in English, and collaborate across functions.
- Bring excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a habit of giving and receiving respectful feedback to strengthen team culture.
