As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will support both functional and technical activities within the team. You'll assist with configuration, testing, incident handling, and contribute to requirement analysis, documentation, and backlog preparation. Under guidance from senior colleagues, you'll gain valuable experience in design, build, run, and improvement activities across critical IT platforms.

You will:

• Assist with configuration, test execution, and simple automation tasks

• Support requirements gathering, process documentation, and backlog preparation

• Participate in incident resolution, regression testing, and knowledge sharing

• Learn how monitoring data and incident trends inform decision-making

• Collaborate with DevOps Engineers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters
  
  

• 0-3 years of relevant IT or functional experience (internships welcome)

• Basic exposure to ServiceNow platform, CI/CD pipelines, or observability tooling is a plus

• EU/EEA work authorisation

• Understanding of Agile and IT Service Management concepts preferred

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, IT, or similar

• Curious, adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating across teams
