Consultant Role Description

We are looking for a consultant to support ongoing strategic and operational work, with a focus on AI and digital transformation within the GTT (Group Trucks Technology) organization. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of driving cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. M365 Rollout (Temporary support)

• Provide hands-on support during the rollout of Microsoft 365 tools.

• Facilitate adoption across teams through coordination, communication, and training as needed.

2. GTT AI Ecosystem Experience Improvement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities to enhance the overall experience of the GTT AI ecosystem.

• Apply user-centered design principles to develop and drive an improvement plan that ensures a seamless and satisfying experience for ecosystem users.

3. UX/UI Design

• Design and iterate intuitive, user-centric interfaces for digital AI tools, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.

• Analyze user feedback and usage data to translate insights into actionable design enhancements that improve usability and engagement.

4. Team Operations (TeamOps)

• Drive improvements in team operations and collaboration workflows.

• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth information flow and effective execution.

• Maintain and update key team documentation in SharePoint or other collaboration platforms.

The consultant will support GTT AI Core team for GTT AI Ecosystem work. Tasks may include:

b. AI Strategy Support

• Assist in preparing materials for AI-related workshops and strategic meetings.

• Help structure and document outcomes from discussions and align with ongoing strategy work.

c. Project Management Support

• Support the creation and maintenance of roadmaps related to AI initiatives.

• Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and team capacity.

Desired Competencies

• Experience in UX/UI design.

• Knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts and technology.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management.

• Strong project coordination and communication skills.

• Experience with M365 tools and digital collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Mural).

• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward in a complex, cross-functional environment.
