Junior Product Manager


As a Junior Product Manager, you will support the product team in launching, enhancing, and maintaining smart energy solutions. This includes microinverters, batteries, and other innovative photovoltaic (PV) technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, R&D, and installation partners to ensure our products align with real-world applications. Your role will be key in delivering training, providing technical support, and gathering field insights to inform product development.

You’ll become a trusted technical point of contact, actively contributing to installer education, customer satisfaction, and product strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Organize and deliver product training sessions for installers (in Dutch and English).
  • Installer Support & Customer Engagement: Provide technical assistance to installers and address installation challenges. Conduct field visits across the Benelux region to build relationships and gather practical insights.
  • Technical Documentation & Presentations: Assist in creating manuals, training materials, technical datasheets, and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
  • Product Feedback Collection: Capture real-world feedback and relay it to the product team. Help prioritize improvements and contribute to future product development.
  • Commercial Team Support: Work alongside the sales team during customer meetings and trade shows. Support product positioning and competitive analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with international teams in France (Solutions), Germany (R&D), and the Benelux Sales team to ensure smooth product launches and customer project execution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical or commercial role within the solar, energy storage, or EV sector
  • Interest in product development, technical sales, or system integration
  • Familiarity with PV systems, inverters, or batteries is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Benelux region
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to grow within a dynamic organization
