Your Profile (Must-have Requirements)
- Proven delivery of Azure-based AI solutions in production, working across requirements, development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Deep expertise across Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Vision/Language/Speech and Document Intelligence.
- Experience with agentic systems, including building custom agents, tool usage, multi-agent orchestration, and autonomous workflows.
- Strong coding skills in Python (preferred) and/or C#, using REST SDKs; solid testing practices with a focus on readability and maintainability.
- DevOps on Azure: infrastructure as code, CI/CD, environments, telemetry, cost and performance tuning, and secure secrets/identity management.
- A responsible AI mindset, with hands-on content safety configuration and governance frameworks.
- Experience with evaluations and tracing, model monitoring, and optimisation of LLM cost and latency.
- Hands-on with RAG toolchains (embeddings, chunking strategies, hybrid search) and vector databases alongside Azure AI Search.
- Practical knowledge of speech translation, SSML, and custom speech.
- Familiarity with video analytics using Azure AI Video Indexer and spatial analysis.
