Who are you?
As a Senior Advisory Consultant at Dyve, you’ll drive real change where business meets technology. You’ll take the lead in ERP transformations and strategic digital initiatives – helping clients across industries make smart, forward-looking decisions. Whether it’s selecting the right business applications, managing a complex implementation, or aligning tech and strategy for growth, you’ll be the trusted advisor throughout the journey.
You’ll act as the client’s voice when dealing with vendors and delivery teams. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving real business problems, and enjoys bridging strategy with execution.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in Dyve's internal business development activities, such as leading recruitment events, spearheading marketing efforts, and developing our service offerings. You will also mentor junior consultants, helping them grow and develop their skills.

Who are you?
- You excel at solving complex problems and thrive in an environment defined by constant change, transformation, and high pace, working seamlessly across various industries and disciplines

- Ideally you have 7-10 years of experience in implementing ERP Applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, IFS Cloud) in various roles, primarily as Project Manager
- The ability to oversee an ERP project not only from a management perspective but also with a clear understanding of what’s being delivered, why it matters, and how it fits into the bigger picture
- You approach ERP as more than just technology – you see it as a driver for operational excellence and long-term business growth
- Fluency in Swedish & English is essential
