Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end product design for workflows, developer tools, and AI agent experiences
- Translate complex technical concepts, APIs, and automation workflows into intuitive and delightful interfaces
- Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product leaders to rapidly ship and iterate on designs
- Conduct lean user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate design decisions
- Maintain and evolve the product design system and ensure consistency across all interfaces
- Advocate for users, balancing usability, technical feasibility, and business goals
- Drive projects forward with a bias toward action, focusing on practical execution over theory
- 5+ years of product design experience, with demonstrated ownership from concept to production
- Background in startups, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Experience designing developer-facing tools, workflows, automation products, or AI-driven interfaces
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, multi-hat responsibilities, and fast-paced execution
- Strong balance of UX, UI, and product thinking; portfolio demonstrating both design craft and speed
- Technical fluency, with comfort working with APIs, JSON, logs, traces, and technical workflows
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with no-code platforms or AI/automation products
- Familiarity with conversational AI or voice agent systems
- Prior experience shaping a design system and product identity at scale
