We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Junior Product Manager to join our Propia Marketing Team located in İstanbul. 

 

Basic Qualifications


  • Background of 3+ years in marketing, brand development, and execution (preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Creativity, multitasking ability, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze numerical data, set strategic vision, and drive business results
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, e-mail marketing, and paid advertising
  • Experience with influencer marketing, including identifying and collaborating with content creators
  • Strong enthusiasm for the cosmetics and beauty industry, with a keen eye for emerging trends and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Genuine interest in product development, with strong motivation to contribute innovative ideas to the creation of new products
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English (French is a plus)
  • No military obligation for male candidates

 

Responsibilities

  • Actively support the development of brand strategy, local brand plan, and comprehensive activation plans
  • Execute annual marketing and business plans, and work with the Marketing Manager on forecasting and inventory
  • Track and report marketing budgets closely
  • Contribute to the new product development process by providing market insights, competitor analysis, and consumer feedback
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook,Pinterest and TikTok
  • Assist in the development of product launch plans and promotional strategies
  • Collaborate with social media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and creative agencies
  • Support cross-functional teams with marketing requests and interact efficiently with other departments
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer insights that inform marketing strategies
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide recommendations to stay ahead of the competition
  • Monitor and analyze market data and sales figures for the brand and competitors
  • Manage the influencer marketing process
  • Support and carry out e-commerce business, and regularly monitor marketplace panels
  • Manage inventory on marketplaces, brand websites, and all other channels
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and presentations based on data analysis
  • Manage social media account plans
